Hi, I'm Owen!

I'm a 24-year-old striving to lead a life of curiosity, action, and good company, solving real problems and taking random side quests around the world.

I've built things since I was a kid.

Very curious about how the world works. That pulls me across critical minerals, geopolitics, water rights, tuna fishing, manufacturing, history, food, and plenty else.
International in how I think, and a systems and operational thinker.
Extroverted. ENTJ. People person who likes understanding how others think.
Design and building, both physical and software.
Travel often. Every continent except Antarctica.
Between New York City and Salt Lake City, plus Boston where family is.

Thesis

My north star is to have a net-positive impact on the world, to build an organization that brings the brightest, most passionate people together around shared visions of a better future.

In practice, a think tank: small teams researching and acting on problems that need outside resources, from clean water to the grid in developing countries to moving blood where there's no infrastructure for it. I think what holds most people back is their own mind and a lack of exposure, not ability. Everything I work on is self-taught. I'm optimistic by default.
